This Pro Slide Funnel was in need of some major and minor structural repairs along with our proven Polishing and Wax system. We also fixed leaking seams throughout the funnel. It was an extremely challenging project requiring lots of planning, working around other contractors, and a 150’ man lift.

It’s been great working at Lost island for many years now. This Mat racer was in need of a fresh coat of paint, minor and major fiberglass repairs, and our polishing and wax process.

Safe Slide’s specialized Polish and wax, Fiberglass repairs, and Fixed Leaking Seams processes is exactly what this funnel needed to get it ready for the new grand opening. This is a great option to extend the fiberglass life without having to re-gelcoat the slide.

It was a great pleasure working with Mark Moore and the rest of the team at Gulf Islands. The project scope included exterior coatings, interior major fiberglass repairs, and general maintenance. Now that the slides have been recoated with quality products, they will look fresh and be protected for years to come.

This was a major restoration project for this closed flume body slide. The exterior was recoated, not only because of aesthetic reasons, but the top panels were also showing fiberglass deterioration from the sun. Safe Slide Restoration completed major and minor fiberglass repairs on two body slides. We removed failed coatings in the ride path and reapplied white gel coat to hold up to the Florida sun. We primed as needed, and applied high gloss marine grade paint to the exterior.

We completely transformed this ride experience by restoring it and adding lighting and sound products.
